El Poniente’s famous dish! Authentic Spanish taste full of delicious flavor! ≪Valencian Paella≫ is a Paella originating from Valencia where rice is made that uses much food from the mountains. We also have many other types like seafood rich Paellas and squid ink Paellas as well. By the way, we received a reward in Spain for our Paella using pasta.
